Ato Kwamena Dadzie threatens more fire for corrupt journalists
Multimedia Group of Companies’ Ato Kwamena Dadzie seems unhappy about rebuttals to his statement that the Chief of Staff Mr. Julius Debrah handed 1,000 cedis cash to editors and senior journalists who attended a meeting he had called to improve relations between the presidency and the media.
While some have argued that the amount is aimed at influencing the work of the journalists, others have vehemently dismissed the assertion.
Earlier, Pulse.com.gh published a story that Okay FM’s presenter, Abeiku Aggrey, popularly known as Abeiku Santana had showered insults on Ato Kwamena Dadzie as regards the issue doubting the credibility of the story. He accused the latter of insulting the journalism profession where both belong.
In what could be described as a media frenzy, Ato Kwame Dadzie on his Facebook wall again has issued a warning saying, “Journalists who claim to expose corruption and ineptitude are threatening fire and brimstone over the exposure of their receipt of cash-laden envelopes at the Flagstaff House. We shall see...”
As to what exactly this means, your guess is as good as mine.
