Chief Justice Georgina Wood and Justice Sule Gbadegbe have recused themselves from a contempt case against two errant radio panelists and a radio host of Montie FM who allegedly threatened the lives of Supreme Court Judges.

According to the justices, they were mentioned in the tape that threatened the lives of judges.
