NDC ready for campaign launch ahead of election 2016

About 40,000 people are expected to attend the launch, adding that most of participants would be drawn from the Central region.

All is set for the campaign launch of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Cape Coast.

The region was chosen because it has the capacity to mobilize more people due to the loyalty and commitment of supporters and executives of the party.

Various committees had been put in place to ensure a successful launch of the party's 2016 campaign.

However, a ban on noise making in the area is expected to be lifted on Friday to pave way for the NDC event which will be held at the Cape Coast stadium.

The theme of the campaign is “Changing lives, transforming Ghana” and according to her, “it will capture all the infrastructural developments in terms of health, education, power and all the other sectors that his Excellency, John Mahama has so ably committed to and delivered.”
