"My best is yet to come" - Hearts' Samudeen Ibrahim

Hearts of Oak new signing Samudeen Ibrahim has insisted that his best is yet to come as he gears up for the start of the Ghana premier league billed for 20 February, 2016.

The 19 year-old former King Solomon attacking midfielder was on target as he stole the show for Hearts of Oak who won 2-0 last Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium in an international club friendly against Nigerian top-flight side Ifeanyi Ubah.

And Ibrahim after his wonderful display in an interview with Pulse.com.gh said, his best is yet to come.

“It was a good game for me, we are still preparing for the kick start of the league and my best is yet to come because I know Hearts of fans will be expecting a lot from me and I will not let them down.”

The enterprising silky player however, called on Hearts of Oak fans to rally their support behind the team when the going is getting tough.

“Hearts of Oak fans should rally their support behind the team, because in football it is not every day that you will perform well, when the going is getting touch they should offer their support for the team,” he added.

Ibrahim who was adjudged the best player in the division one league last season joined the Phobians on a three-year deal on the transfer deadline day after snubbing host of premier league clubs including Wa Allsatars and Medeama SC.
