Cameroon President Paul Biya and his wife Chantal hosted the victorious Cameroonian team of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations at the Unity Palace in Yaounde on Wednesday.

Cameroon defeated Egypt 2-1 in Libreville on Sunday to win their 5th AFCON title as well as their first in 15 years.

Coach Hugo Broos and captain Benjamin Moukandjo led their teammates as they presented the trophy to the President.

Cameroon will host the 2019 edition of the AFCON.
