The Swedish tactician is currently not in good terms with his employers due to the club’s unimpressive performances in the ongoing Ghana premier league.

Despite the club’s good run in the CAF Confederation Cup, Strand’s relationship with his employers got worsened when Medeama lost 2-0 to Sekondi Hasaacas in week seven Ghana premier league outstanding fixture last Thursday at the Essipong Sports Stadium.

“Tom Strand is currently not in good terms with his employers because of the performance of the team in the premier league and he will be quitting his post,” a source close to Tom Strand told Pulse.com.gh.

“He is doing everything possible to get the club back on track in the league, but nothing is moving on well.  A lot of club’s want his services because he is a good coach, but currently Strand has no future at Medeama,” the source added.
