Serial rapist found out his victim is infected with HIV

A 48-year-old rapist, Phillip Donald Jason, from Sunshine Coast in Australia, slumped and fainted when he learnt that the  man he allegedly raped was living with the deadly HIV virus, reports Metro UK.

Jason was said to be distraught and upset to learn that the man he raped is carrying HIV.

According to the police investigation, Jason’s first sexual encounter with the other man was consensual, but he later crossed the line and was charged with rape.

The victim reportedly asked him to stop, but he did not, prompting the victim to report the incident to the police.

After his arrest, the lucky 'bastard' was made to undergo six months of medical tests and tests showed he did not contract HIV. Jason hurriedly pleaded guilty to rape, robbery and assault and was sentenced to two and a half years in prison.
