10 seriously weird records ever set

Who can forget that moment in 2004 when dancer extraordinaire, Kaffy and her team broke the Guinness Book of World Records for longest time spent dancing after they danced for over 2 days straight?

We marveled, rejoiced, marveled again but danced along anyway.

1. Largest swimsuit photo shoot: 1,010 bikini-clad women posed on an Australian beach setting this record.

2.  Biggest barbecue in the world: 30,000 people grilled 13,713 kilos of beef.

3. Largest gathering of people dressed as Mahatma Gandhi: Several children dressed as the late Indian leader for a peace march.

4. Longest parade float ever made: During the Lantern Festival in Gutian, China, a 2,596 feet long dragon float made of paper, bamboo, and wood was made.

5. Longest wedding train: A Romanian woman attempted this in Bucharest.

6. Longest kiss: Surely, this was inevitable. A couple in Bangkok, Thailand attempted to break the current record which is 58 hours, 35 minutes, and 58 seconds.

7. Covered by the largest amount of bees: Gao Bingguo attempted to break this record as pictured above.

8. Largest parental yoga class: A group of expecting mothers practising yoga attempted to break this record which currently stands at 553 participants.

9. Balancing act: Thaneshwar Guragai spun a basketball on a toothbrush while holding it in his mouth for exactly 22.41 seconds.

10. Record-breaking farmers:  In Taiwan, 1,215 farmers broke a Guinness World Record by planting rice seedlings for 5.1 acres in just 16 minutes and 20 seconds.
