A South African lady identified as Ndalama Liphadzi Nndanganeni seems to be the one championing that school of thought.

According to the beautiful lady, she went on a date with a certain gentleman she hardly knew in advance, and they had sex, probably a consensual one.

Instead of feeling guilty and ashamed of herself as it should be the case, she is condemning the man for not exercising self-respect and lacking morals.

She said that, if the man could be so cheap that she succeeded in having sex with him on a first date, it is then obvious that he had slept with many other women in like-manner, and so is not marriage worthy.
