Arsene Wenger putting Arsenal’s Vice Captain for sale?

Per Metsesacker was dropped from the Gunners line-up in Sunday's EPL 2-0 win over Everton, after an abysmal performance against AS Monaco in the UCL. Already, Gabriel Paulista stands in his place

Arsene Wenger dropped Germany international, Per Metsesacker from the Gunners line-up in Sunday’s 2-0 win over Everton.

Suggestions were that the 30 year-old was being punished for his gruesome play in the UEFA Champions League first leg clash against AS Monaco which Arsenal lost 1-3 at the Etihad.

More troubles could be on the way for the 2014 World Cup winner with UK reports speculating that the Vice-captain could be sold out to any interested party that meets the club’s demand in the summer.

Already, a viable replacement has been found in Brazilian midfielder, Gabriel Paulista who stood in for the German in Sunday’s victory.
