In the photos that have been causing serious consternation in the Eastern African country, Cruzz wrote on his Facebook wall that he had been ill for a while and his sister-in-law took it upon herself to move over and take care of him.

The care later metamorphosed into something else which included sex and he went ahead to post the after sex pictures on his wall, an action that has drawn a lot of condemnation his way.

The very suggestive photos show the Cruzz and his sister-in-law in very suggestive positions including while they got cosy on the bed and the woman with a wrapper around her body, barely covering her nakedness.
