Man Accidentally Shoots Friend While Smoking Weed

A Florida man is  facing a manslaughter charges for the death of 19-year-old Lazaro Martinez, when he accidentally shot him whiles smoking wee and posing for pictures.

Three Friends who were smoking marijuana and posing for photos with a gun when one friend accidentally shot and killed his other friend, according to a NYdaily reports.

Josue Sanchez, 20, faces manslaughter charges for the death of 19-year-old Lazaro Martinez, the Miami Herald reported on Monday.

The two and an unidentified third person  were allegedly getting high in a Miami parking lot on Friday March 6 when Sanchez said he accidentally pulled the trigger during the photo shoot.

The bullet hit Martinez in the hip, the publication said. He later died at a Hialeah hospital
