Woman beaten to death by spiritual healer during deliverance

The police in the Mediterranean port of Alexandria, Egypt, has arrested a spiritual healer who allegedly flogged a 27-year-old woman to death in the process of exorcising an evil spirit (a jinn), from her body, reports Emirate247.

The lady reportedly died from severe wounds she sustained in the spiritual deliverance conducted by the healer when her father decided to seek help from the man after she was admitted at a psychological hospital.

“The father said he believed his daughter was under the grip of a jinn and that was why he brought a healer for her,” a police source said.
