The most sensitive skin can be in perfect shape when care is taken and time dedicated to keeping it in the best state.
A lot of time, skin react to avoidable habits arising out of a routine/lifestyle. From leaving makeup on overnight which blocks pores, causes breakouts and irritate the skin, it's worthy to take out time to know what they skin require on a regular or what irritates it.
A nightly routine for instance should consist of cleansing and deep cleansing, after removing the physical makeup, one should remove the leftover with a deep pore cleanser afterwards, nourish the skin with preferred lotion/serum and so on to keep the skin revitalized overnight.
Same works for morning routines, choosing products that work best for the skin, prepare the skin before applying makeup, which involves cleansing; exfoliating/slight scrubbing which doesn't have to be daily, toning and prepping and so on.
