This Is Tema: Mammoth crowd storm Sarkodie’s free concert

The first edition of the annual free concert which happened on Sunday, October 28, saw an overwhelming crowd (made up of Sarkodie’s staunch followers).

The Chemu School Park in Tema was the busiest field over the weekend – different accounts point to over 10,000 attendance.

With major artistes supporting the concert, fans of the BET Award-winning musician received a delightful treatment and memorable experience.

Sarkodie’s former signee Strongman pulled a surprise appearance on stage and had thousands cheer him up.

VGMA 2019 “Best Rapper” award-winner, Medikal, who has received major career boost from Sarkodie, stormed the stage to prove his worth.

Afro-dancehall star Stonebwoy, who has just recovered from his knee injury, stormed the stage with a bang.

Sarkodie’s long-time friend and former label mate, Edem, illuminated the stage when he dropped hits from his catalogue.

New school leaders, Kwesi Arthur, Quamina MP, Tulenkey, Kofi Mole and others, delivered energetic performance before Sarkodie climaxed the concert with an exhilarating performance.
