Accra Newtown flooded after few minutes of rains

Reports say most of the principal streets are flooded and unmotorable as commercial and private vehicles are trapped in the deluge.

Most of the drivers, Pulse.com.gh learned, have parked their vehicles on the inner and outer pavements to prevent their vehicles from being carried away by the flood.

Flood-prone areas, including Kotobabi, Accra Newtown and surrounding areas and residents are struggling to evacuate their homes for safety.
