Photographer, Bob Pixel, reports efforts of locals to douse flames [PHOTOS]

Ghanaian photographer, Emmanuel Bobby Osei, was apparently in the neighbourhood when the Ashfoam Depot at Achimota caught fire.

The experienced photog, took some pictures of the efforts of the locals to douse the fires and recounts his experience on Facebook.
