President Mahama made this known at the Banquet Hall of the State House when he talked about the highlights of the NDC’s yet-to-be-lunched manifesto.

The NDC will launch its manifesto on Saturday, September 17, at Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo Region. The manifesto is titled ‘Changing lives, Transforming Ghana.’
