Ace broadcaseter Kojo Oppong-Nkrumah, has revealed that his profession as a journalist prevented him from exhibiting his true party colours.
He said he has always been a member of the opposition New Patriotic Party.
Oppong-Nkrumah was elected as the parliamentary candidate for the Ofoase-Ayeribi constituency in the NPP parliamentary primaries held on Saturday 13 June, 2015.
He said his profession as a journalist prevented him from exhibiting his true party colours.
âThe truth is always one. I have always been NPP. All my family members including my dad and mum are NPP,â Oppong-Nkrumah told Kasapa FM on Monday.
âOnce you are assigned a task to perform, you have to do it professionally. So, I did my work professionally whilst at Joy FM.
âBut when I resigned and went back to school to complete my law studies, I got home and as a patron of the party at the constituency, I continued with the work that I had been doing,â he said.
