Check out cake Manchester City forward got for his birthday

Raheem Sterling turned 21 on Tuesday, December 8 and got a pleasant cake from his girlfriend Paige Milian.

Sterling had a good birthday, scoring a brace on that day in Manchester City’s Champions League.

“Best day my career so far daughter singing happy birthday to me on FaceTime then scoring and helping team too (sic) the group and now this cake only God knows,” Sterling wrote on Instagram while showing off the cake.

The cake was made to resemble his No 7 City shirt, with a sculpted model of Sterling sitting proudly on top and a trophy.

The cake from his girlfriend Milian was also surrounded by 12 cupcakes, each decorated with the number 21 and a small football.
