Accra Mall Fashion Weekend to shine spotlight on local fashion designers with Accra Mall Fashion Fund 2024

Accra Mall, Accra’s premier shopping destination, is excited to announce the launch of Season 6 Accra Mall Fashion Fund, a three-month-long project aimed at discovering and nurturing the next generation of fashion design talents in Ghana. The initiative will culminate in the highly anticipated Accra Mall Fashion Weekend on the 16th of November, 2024, where both emerging designers and fashion retailers, including LC Waikiki, MrP, Woodin, Charles Tyrwhitt, Pandora, Celio, and Kiki Clothing from Accra Mall, will take centre stage.

The Accra Mall Fashion Fund will challenge participants through a series of fashion-focused competitions designed to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the fashion retail industry. From blending styles to creating immersive retail experiences and pitching their fashion brands as businesses, participants will be trained by industry veterans on various aspects of fashion design and retail.

“We are thrilled to host the 6th edition of the Accra Mall Fashion Fund, which not only provides a platform for emerging fashion designers in Ghana but also highlights the creativity and innovation within our fashion retail community. We look forward to witnessing the incredible designs that will emerge from this competition and to celebrating the future of Ghanaian fashion at the Accra Mall Fashion Weekend,” shares Anthony Asamoah, Marketing Manager at Accra Mall.
