Minnesota United goalkeeper Sammy Ndjock was in the spotlight of a pre-season game against AFC Bournemouth for all the wrong reasons.

The sheer embarrassment and that walk back to pass the ball is punishment enough for any player who scores an own goal.

Not often do we see own goals from goalkeepers. And from what happened in the pre-season game between Minnesota United and AFC Bournemouth, goalkeepers can be really good at putting one into the goal they have been tasked to protect.
