This how much Black Stars B will get after WAFU triumph

The Black Stars B defeated Nigeria to win the 2017 WAFU Championship and won the ultimate prize money of $100,000 from the headline sponsors Fox Sports.

The Black Stars B will be $ 200,000 richer after the government of Ghana promised the team $100,000 in addition to the $100,000 prize money for winning the 2017 WAFU Cup.

Ghana defeated Nigeria 4-1 on Sunday to win the 2017 WAFU Cup at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.

The prize money for winning the competition is $100,000 and the Minister of Youth and Sports has also announced an additional $100,000 package from the government of Ghana for the team to make it a total of $200,000.
