The veteran defender was absolutely fantastic especially in the second half when Gt. Olympics came under pressure from Ebusua Dwarfs, who were eager to snatch the equaliser. He was cleared his defence line and won most of the aerial balls.
Gideon Waja
The WAFA skipper controlled the midfield by combining both defensive and offensive duties. His creativity was quite impressive and he was one of the main reasons why WAFA managed to secure all the three points.

He was very strong in midfield for Inter Allies against a Kotoko side that had a lot of men in midfield. He maintained possession and his ball distributions were accurate.

The playmaker for Gt. Olympics came to the party against Dwarfs. He tormented the visitors throughout and they had to foul him on several occasions, but he managed to score the only goal of the game.

The Bolga All Stars marksman threatened the AshGold goal area and the goalkeeper of the Miners had to make several saves to coil his threat, yet still he got the match needed equaliser for the debutants.
Papa Arko
He scored one of the most beautiful goals this witnessed this season in the Ghana Premier League to cancel out Elmina Sharks’ lead. The Liberty Professionals striker’s total contribution to team play was also on the high side.
