'Ghana open to business again'- Akufo Addo

Akufo-Addo, 72, speaking in front of more than 6,000 guests and a roaring crowd at the Independence Square Saturday wooed investors that there could not be a better time to invest in Ghana done now.

President Nana Akufo-Addo has used his inaugural address to ask investors to repose confidence in the Ghanaian economy, saying Ghana is ready for business.

"The doors of Ghana are open again; there could not be a better opportunity to make it in Ghana. Ghana is open to business again,” he said.

President-elect Akufo-Addo has promised tax reliefs to businesses that employ fresh graduates, cut down on "nuisance" taxes and lead a private sector industrialisation.
