"I am tired of being in custody" - Suspect weeps
Vincent Bosso, who broke into tears in court on Wednesday, said he did not understand why he was being taken to court all the time when he was innocent.
“I am tired of being in custody. It was Daniel Aseidu who went to commit the offence. I don’t know anything about the case,” Vincent Bosso told an Accra District Court amidst tears.
The court presided over by Mr Stephen Owusu, however, urged Bosso not to be worried because he was only going through a normal process which would determine his innocence or otherwise as Police awaits the Attorney General’s report.
The court further asked him to consult the defense counsel so he could to go to a superior court for bail.
In the absence of defense counsel, Mr Augustines Obuor, the case was adjourned to January 17.
Vincent Bosso who is the second person to be put before a court is said to be a phone repairer. He has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder of the late MP in an incident which occurred on February 9, 2016, at the MP’s Shaishie residence.
