Three judges have been acquitted and discharged on the basis of mistaken identity in the ongoing judicial corruption scandal revelation by Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
The judges are Justice Frank Ashietey Addo , Justice Kaakyire Atta Owusu and Justice Kofi Ahiabor.
According to the judges they have never been to the venues the Anas expose’ is placing them in the video.

Justice Frank Ashietey Addo is currently in Prestia but in the Anas video it was indicated he took money in Kasoa a place where he has never been stationed.
Kaakyire Atta Owusu was accused of taking 1000 on a case he never presided over .
The judges are requesting for an apology .
