Chief of Staff storms Eastern region

The Chief of Staff Mr Julius Debrah has arrived in the Eastern Region as part of an intensive five day campaign tour of the region to further strengthen the support base of President John Dramani Mahama in the region.

To kick off the tour Mr Debrah has had a briefing with the media and a family meeting with key party officials, cadres and government appointees. This is to lay bare what to expect and to carry all stakeholders along.

He first paid a courtesy call on the chief of Nsawam Adoagyiri, Nana Afutu Dompreh III.

The NDC will hold a tour which is expected to take the Chief of Staff to key electoral battle grounds in the region where the governing National Democratic Congress has in the last elections been gaining electoral grounds.

Apart from the campaign, he will use the occasion to launch a major policy proposal which is expected to radically transform the fortunes of small and medium businesses in the region and for job creation.

Key party seniors and functionaries are also in the region with the Chief of Staff. They include Professor Kwamena Ahwoi, Madam Faustina Nelson, Deputy General Secretary Mr Korku Anyidoho, Deputy Communications Minister Hon Ato Sarpong, Presidential Staffers Madam Emilia Arthur, Hon Adu Asare, Former NDC National Youth Organiser Ludwig Hlordze and many more.
