Justice Yaw Ofori is Commissioner of Insurance

Until his appointment Justice Yaw Ofori, was the Director of the Ghana Insurance College.

The President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has appointed Justice Yaw Ofori, as the Commissioner of the National Insurance Commission (NIC).

Ofori succeeds Lydia Lariba Bawa.

Ofori, until his appointment was the Director of the Ghana Insurance College.

He has enough experience in both teaching and practising after he qualified as a chartered insurer.
