Kumawood actor Joseph Nana Osei Kofi aka
According to reports rotating on social media, the actor is battling kidney diseases while others claim he has been placed under a curse which caused his stomach to bloat (as seen in the photo above).
A number of fellow actors including Vivian Jill and Salinko have paid a visit to Wayoosi.
Contrary to rumours that Wayoosi is dead, a Facebook user Kamil Umar Demajesty claims he has conducted his own investigation which indicates that the actor is alive. He wrote "That death story in Kumawood is far different from the facts as at now. My own investigation indicates that the person in question is in a stable Condition. May God heals him. Wish him rapidly recovery. #Wayoosi may live#."

Wayoosi has been married for 8 years and 40 years of age. He recently welcomed a baby girl.
