Gyan is a curse to the Black Stars- Maurice Ampaw

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw says Asamoah Gyan is the reason for the Black Stars failure to win silverware in recent times.

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw claims Ghana will continue to fail with Asamoah Gyan as the skipper of the Black Stars because of injustice.

The battle line between Asamoah Gyan and Maurice Ampaw was drawn after the latter called for the arrest of the former over the disappearance of musician, Castro.

Also, Ampaw was hired by Sarah Kwablah to be her counsel over an alleged sodomy case she levelled against Asamoah Gyan.

Asamoah Gyan was cleared by the law court, but the renowned lawyer believes justice was not served, so the Black Stars will not make no inroads, so far as the former Sunderland striker remains as the captain of the team.

“No wonder we go and we don’t get medals because the nation is supporting and condoning evil! If a woman or a poor person cries that injustices has been meant and the nation protects and covers injustice, how can the Black Stars succeed?” he asked rhetorically.

“Black Stars can’t succeed with Asamoah Gyan, unless he comes clean and Nana Addo allows justice to prevail, the Black Stars will go nowhere” Lawyer Ampaw expressed pessimism.
