Afia Schwarzenegger has released new details about her marriage to ex-husband Lawrence Abrokwah.

Since a video of her having an intimate relationship with another man leaked online, the TV host has been on a mission to raise awareness about domestic abuse, violence against women and toxic relationships.
She revealed that abusers always know their actions are wrong but still go ahead with them anyway.

Afia in a latest Instagram post wrote (unedited):
“I saw my ex-lying/trying to defend himself anytime he abuses me n I tell someone…so I asked him a very simple question, “if you are so ashamed of the things u do to me, why do u do it”…And he had no answer.. The moral behind this story is that your abuse knows very well that what he is doing is wrong hence lie or try to cover up his actions…Leave to Live”
Afia and her ex-husband are currently under divorce proceedings following a cheating scandal and a domestic violence report.
In November she launched the Leave to Live Foundation, an organization which is dedicated to helping women break free from their abusive relationships.
