Empire Mates Entertainment boss and singer Banky W has issued a warning to fans not to fall for scammers impersonating him on the social media network Facebook.
Today (December 2, 2015) he announced that he is no longer on Facebook, and fans should steer clear away from any profile page posing as him.
“I am only on Instagram (@BankyWellington), twitter (@BankyW) and snap chat (@BankyWellington). I'm no longer on Facebook. Any FB account asking you for money for anything is completely fake and a fraud. Pleeeeease ignore and report the account to them” he wrote on Instagram.
