1. Nice to have you here with us Tinuke. We know much about you, but to readers out there who don’t, mind re-introducing yourself?

I’m Tinuke, a rapper, singer & songwriter. Ghana based, Nigerian recording artist.
2. Great. So, your new single ‘Waiting’ is out now. I’m sure the reviews are lovely so far. How did it come together?
Yeah, I’m super grateful. So, I was at the studio to do some recording and Kuvie played this beat to me. I just started speaking from what I was feeling at that moment.. expressing myself. And that’s how the song came about.
3. That’s quite a story. You and Kuvie seem to go way back, any collaborations on the horizon?
Yeah, I actually met him a couple years ago. As for collaborations, I can’t speak on any right now. But I got more releases coming soon. And working on a project too.

4. Talking about collaborations, it has been a while since your debut compilation ‘’H.E.R.’’ Is a sequel ever coming?
A sequel maybe sometime in the future. But for now I’m working on a new project like I mentioned earlier.. I love to explore with my sound, so there’s no telling what genre of music I will release next. I want to put those different sounds and energies into a project. So that people can feel the many sides of Tinuke. I want it to be the best representation of me. I’m so excited and looking forward to it and possibly another single before the end of the year, God willing!
5. Right! It’s going to be that time of the year soon - December. Any shows or big reveals lined up for fans?
So much new content coming soon, everything will be announced on my social media pages @realtinuke on Twitter and Instagram.
