The man, identified as Victor Oji from Benue State, was apprehended by residents of Post Service Army Estate in Ojo, Lagos.
Oji is said to have identified himself as an internet fraudster. He, however, denied claims of setting his girlfriend on fire as a way of sacrificing her.
