Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) almond milk
- 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 granny smith apple
- 1 handful of ice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of clove powder or 1 clove (need a good blender if using a whole clove)
- 1 tsp honey (optional – I didn’t need this!)
