  • Avoid alcohol

Alcohol is a central nervous system depressant. If you have an active social life, just be discipline and reduce the alcohol intake.  You can alternate between alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks when you attend social gatherings.

You are what you eat. So, if you’re feeling depressed then it’s time to switch the food on your plate. Eat food that contains more vitamins and nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids. Focus on the good things in your life, especially when you feel buried under stress and worry.
