- 8 slices of bread
Preparation
1. Add the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla to a mixing bowl and mix.
2. Pour the mixture into a pan for easier dipping.
3. Dip bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
4. Place coated bread in a well-oiled heated skillet; cook until golden on each side.
5. Serve.
