After working for fashion powerhouses Chanel, Marc Jacobs and Calvin Klein, the British fashion model and feminist activist, of British and Ghanaian descent has been announced the cover star of British vogue for its December issue.

Ghanaian model, Adwoa Aboah, covers December's British Vogue
Adwoa Aboah has been unveiled as the cover icon for Edward Enninful's first edition of British Vogue.
The new editor of British Vogue earlier, Edward Enninful as he takes over this year following the departure of Alexandra Shulman left after 25 years at the helm, and Tuesday night the first ever cover under the new management was released.
Enninful, who is the first gay editor of the prestigious British magazine which has been in circulation since 1916, has a more distinct ploy for the newspaper and his first cover delivered.

Other reputed minority celebrity power aside the Ghanaian model, Adwoah Aboah include London,the first Muslim to occupy his position,mayor Sadiq Khan, celebrated authors Salman Rushdie and Zadie Smith, ace runway model Naomi Campbell and Grime star Skepta.
This wouldn't be the first time the the Ghanaian model has graced such a revered magazines like the cover of American vogue and Vogue Italia.
The December issue will go on sale on Friday, and powerful presence of Enninful new direction would be accessed.
