3.5 ounces dark chocolate
1/3 cup coconut, shredded, optional
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Cut a line lengthways in the bananas, opening the skin up, but not cutting all the way through to the other side of the flesh.
Wrap bananas in foil, place on a lined baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or a saucepan over low heat.
Drizzle melted chocolate over bananas. Top with coconut and enjoy.
