How to prepare beef macroni
1 pound minced beef
1 Ginger root
3 medium onions, chopped
3 cloves of garlic
4 large tomatoes, chopped
4 scotch bonnet, paste
2 large green pepper, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
All purpose seasoning
Cook macaroni per the directions on the package.
Saute onion, garlic, and ginger in wok for 2 minutes
Add chopped, water, seasoning and cover to cook for 5- 9 minutes
Season with salt and pepper.
Add minced beef and chopped vegetables
Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
Add macaroni, heat through and serve
