In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper discovered blackheads hiding inside her patient's ear.
The blackheads were surprisingly full of gunk when she squeezed them.
Dr. Pimple Popper used her comedone extractor tool to clear out all the oily goo.

Blackheads are anything but basic. They can pop up pretty much anywhere and on anyone. Whenever dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. There are a lot in there. The contents of the blackheads build up on the tool as Dr. Pimple Popper works her way around the inside of her patient's ear. There are clogged pores in every nook and cranny, until the dermatologist gets her hands on them. She says, "They already look so much better." She's right, Dr. Pimple Popper totally transformed her patient's ears and it was so satisfying to watch it all pop up.
