Your butt will beg for mercy.
Lateral lunge: Squats are the bomb for working your butt (and quads AND hammies), however, doing them over and over again gets old quick. But fear not, we've got an alternative move that's guaranteed to get that booty right with the added benefit of movement and a balance challenge.
