The case involving Former Member of Parliament for Asokwa Constituency, Maxwell Kofi Jumah, has been adjourned to Monday, July 6.
This, according to the prosecutor, is to enable the Attorney General study the docket against the former Mayor of Kumasi.

Mr Jumah, who was a candidate in the Asokwa East constituency during the NPP's June 13 parliamentary primaries but lost was charged by the Kumasi Circuit Court for destroying electoral materials during the said primaries.
He was reported to have torn the voter register apart on suspicion that it has been doctored to favour incumbent, Patricia Appiagyei.
He has since petitioned the party to nullify the results.
