Shortlist announced for 2016 Ghana Startup Awards

Over 100 startups and entrepreneurs have been shortlisted for the 2016 Ghana Startup Awards.

The awards, to be held in May, are put on by the African Network of Entrepreneurs (TANOE) in association with various startup support organisations.

The annual awards ceremony celebrates ambitious and indigenous start-up businesses that are making impact, contributing to economic growth, meeting social needs and putting Ghana on the global economic map, the organisers say.

Organisers are calling for the public to cast their votes at thestartupnetwork.org/vote.
