A letter addressed to Offei-Palm and signed by the Chief Executive Officer of Korle Bu, Dr. Gilbert Buckle, said the decision was taken upon recommendations by the institution’s Disciplinary Committee, and the termination of appointment takes effect from April 6, 2016.
The letter also noted that Mr. Offei-Palm will receive one month pay, in lieu of notice which will be paid to him at the end of April.
“You have 3 months, with effect from the date of your termination, to vacate your official accommodation and hand over the keys to the Head of Estates.”
