The Lawyer for the suspected murderer of the former legislator for the Abuakwa North constituency JB Danquah has asked for a court order to compel the prosecution to release results of a bone test conducted on their client Daniel Asiedu.

The bone test of Daniel Asiedu was conducted after his lawyers challenged the age given to him by the State which is eighteen years.
The lawyer claims Daniel is less than I8 and therefore cannot stand trial for the alleged crime.
Daniel Asiedu was arrested some few days after the murder of JB Danquah in his residence at Shiasie in an Accra.
He is alleged to have confessed to committing the crime and has been charged with murder.
