Visafone reports that download statistics reveals that the app, MVoip, is the most preferred app for travellers on its network.
According to the telco, the app's unique feature, is the app to app calling, that allows customers who have the app on their device, call each other for free.
A statement released to the press by Visafone said “in keeping pace with the changing preferences of customers, Visafone has come out with the innovative app that will transform the way our customers communicate wherever they are in the world and cut down the communication costs drastically.”

Adding that 'Visafone App is an application that allows you to make audio and video phone calls at low rates and sends instant messages tn all other Visafone app users for free. The App is available over WiFi or 4G/3G wireless networks and can be downloaded and installed on any Android smartphones, Tablets, Windows desktops and Apple iPhones / iPads in the first phase; the app will be launched on BlackBerry platform in the next phase.'
