Election2016: EC TO BRIEF MEDIA ON RE-REGISTRATION AND 2016 REGISTER EXHIBITION
The Electoral Commission will brief the media on Friday July 29, 2016 on matters arising from the re-registration exercise for the deleted NHIS card registrants.
The 10-day exercise in compliance with the order of the Supreme Court comes to an end on Thursday July 28, 2016.
The Commission will also use the opportunity to update the media and the public on the results of the first half of the 2016 voters’ register exhibition exercise.
This is part of the Commission’s renewed efforts to constantly provide timely electoral information for voters and the general public.
The media engagement is scheduled to take place at the Commission’s Headquarters at 10:30am prompt.
