In the early morning of November 1, 2023, seven extraordinary Ghanaians, known as the Zenriderrs, embarked on a historic mission to raise awareness about mental health.

Their monumental 10-day, 1,300-kilometre Accra-Tamale-Accra bike challenge promises to be a remarkable journey filled with excitement, education, and fun.

The Zenriderrs team is a diverse group, each bringing their unique skills and passion to the cause. Michael, also known as Don Milla, is the Entrepreneur and Mental Catalyst, driving the team's vision. Pious, the Architect, provides the structure for their mission, while Julius, the Music Teacher, adds a harmonious touch. Enoch, the Security Guard, ensures their safety, and Anita, the Banker, is the sole female member, breaking barriers in this inspiring journey. Isaac and Emmanuel serve as the biking coaches, guiding the team to success.

The team's journey commenced at 7:05 am from Nsawam, with their first stopover planned in Nkawkaw, Eastern Region, where they will educate the local community about mental health.

This bike challenge is not just about the physical feat but also about spreading crucial awareness and information.

The Zenriderrs' adventure will take them through various communities, touching lives along the way with their message of mental health awareness.

Their expected return to Accra is on November 11, 2023, but until then, expect a journey full of surprises and inspiration.
